Huawei’s new bet within the Y series arrives in the country with renewed elements within its category such as its large 6.5-inch screen, the incorporation of four cameras, a long-lasting battery with a capacity of 4,000 mAh and a modern design.
This device is characterized by its innovative and elegant design, made of glass with vibrant colors and a rounded finish on the corners, accompanied by a 6.5” screen, the largest in its category, with Full HD resolution. As well as finely crafted 3D arches, providing the user with a firm and comfortable grip. In terms of security, the device has a fourth-generation fingerprint reader on the back that allows you to unlock the phone in 0.3 seconds. This technology provides the user with the option of fingerprint navigation, thus helping the user to manage all the notifications easily and quickly. Also, it offers the user the option to unlock his screen through facial recognition, quickly and without much effort.
The Huawei Y9 has four cameras with artificial intelligence; double rear camera of 13 and 2 megapixels, these cameras manage to increase light by up to 50% in low-light scenarios combined with night mode.
Its double front camera of 16 and 2 megapixels, incorporates the blur effect made by the combination of information from the different depths of field captured by the sensors. In addition, users can create perfect selfies, using Artificial Intelligence technology. The Smartphone is capable of recognizing more than 500 types of scenes in 22 different categories such as: Flower, Groups, Food, Portrait, Night, among others. This helps to highlight the details of each capture, improving the quality of the final result.
Likewise, the Huawei Y9 2019 has the most powerful processor in its category, the eight-core Kirin 710 powered by Artificial Intelligence and manufactured using a 12-nanometer process This allows you to improve single core performance by 75% and multi-core performance by 68%. The mobile has a custom operating system, the EMUI 8.2 based on the version of Android 8.1
